In the event of cancellation after 1 May 2026, 50% of the fee will be refunded, less an administrative charge of DKK 750.

In the event of cancellation after 1 July 2026, no refund will be provided.

The guided tour at Moesgaard Museum: DKK 280. (not included in the conference price).
Guided afternoon-city-tour on Saturday is free.

Galla Dinner is included in the conference-price – you are welcome to bring a companion, an extra DKK 900 is charged.
