Singing brings people together – yet many people find singing in public as scaring as running naked down the street

Singing unites us due to a mutual trust that each of us will be contained by the group with the voice that we bring to the choir

Singing connects people while the sum of voices will produce a sound that no individual is able to make on his own

Singing together confirms our commitment to the group in which our voices were contained

In Denmark we have a strong tradition for singing along in many different settings – family, church, school, folk high school, family events and even at workplaces. In the Danish Balint Society we sing in the mornings and evenings of every seminar. We decided to bring our tradition to this conference – this is our footprint.
